Stazione Central is a pizza and natural wine bar located in a former petrol station on the edge of London Fields. Once a stop for drivers and dusty cars, the space retains its industrial bones—steel beams, oil-stained floors, and a rusted fuel price sign—reimagined as a warm, contemporary pit stop for food and connection.Founded by siblings Claudio and Serena, the concept is rooted in childhood summers spent at their grandparents’ roadside café outside Bologna. Stazione Central revives those memories—espresso under fluorescent lights, the hum of passing cars, the smell of hot fresh pizza—through a modern London lens.

Stazione Central’s identity blends utilitarian charm with understated nostalgia. The brand draws from vintage garage culture and Italian road design: a modern logotype inspired by old gas stickers. Pit-crew uniforms in a Polo, old style menus, and specially designed wines complete the story.
